Reservation Policy
- When making a reservation a deposit of 25% of the reserved nights is required, with a minimum payment of 3 nights (whichever is greater). Payment of balance upon arrival. Reservations 3 nights or less, the deposit equals the total amount for the number of nights reserved.
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Subject to availability, arrangements can be made for an early check-in or a late check-out at an additional fee.
- To make a reservation we kindly request to use our convenient Reservation Form. Reservations will be confirmed by email.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date; the deposit amount will be refunded with a deduction of US$50 for administration charges.
- Cancellations within 60 days prior to the confirmed arrival date or in case of no show; the deposit amount will be forfeited.
