Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy

Upon reservation a deposit is required of 50% or 3 nights, whichever is greater. Payment of balance upon arrival. Reservations less than 3 nights, Packages & Special Offers, the deposit equals the total amount for the number of nights reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 60 days prior to the confirmed arrival date; the deposit amount will be refunded with a deduction of US$50 administration charges.
Cancellations within 60 days prior to the confirmed arrival date; the deposit amount will be forfeited.
No Show will incur full payment of reserved nights.
