Reservation Policy

• A confirmed reservation cannot be transferred to another reservation holder.
• Minimum age for check-in: 21
• When staying with minors (under 16), at least 1 adult must reside in the same room.
• Valid ID must be presented for all guests upon check-in.
• A credit card or cash deposit of $100 must be presented upon check-in to use an in-house account.

Cancellation Policy

Flex Rate:

• A non refundable deposit equal to 1 night + taxes will be charged to your credit card on time of booking to guarantee your reservation. 
• Remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 15 work days prior to arrival. *
• Modification is possible up to 15 days before arrival. Modify your reservation dates up to 180 days after original arrival date, subject to rate changes and availability.
• Cancellation is possible up to 15 days prior to arrival date, subject to a cancellation fee equal to 1 night + taxes.
• * Note: for reservations arriving between December 20 2025 - March 1 2025, balance due will be charged on December 1 2025.

Promotions & Discounted Rates: 

• Payment in full on time of reservation. Modification is possible up to 15 days before arrival date. Modify up to 180 days after original arrival date. In case of modification the promotion rate is forfeited, and the reservation will be rebooked subject to rate changes and availability. Cancellation at any time, subject to full payment.
